The Ness Care Group Kingsteignton Hub provides specialist dementia and cognitive health support for people living with memory changes, mild cognitive impairment or dementia.

Our clinically led sessions combine Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, meaningful activities, gentle movement, conversation and social connection in small, friendly groups. We help people stay active, confident and independent for longer, while giving families reassurance, guidance and time to rest.

Families are welcome to arrange a free introductory session to meet the team and see whether The Ness feels right.
